Binding
The edge of most quilts are completed by adding a binding. Whether it's a new quilt getting its first binding or a much loved quilt that needs the binding replaced, the Quilter loves to sew on bindings.
New Quilt - half binding
.25 per linear inch
Applying a binding to one side of the quilt by machine sewing the premade binding on. Owner will supply binding and complete stitching the binding on.
New Quilt - complete binding
.50 per linear inch
Applying a binding to the front by machine sewing and then hand stitching the back side. Owner will supply binding.
Old Quilt - removal of old binding
$18/hr
Remove the old binding and prepare quilt for new binding.
Old Quilt - half binding

Owner will supply yardage. Quilter will make 2.5" double fold binding.
A estimate will be provided prior to the start of work. A 25% deposit is required before work begins.
